Join Julian Garcia, French Team Leader/Coach, Mexican National Champion/ World Cup Winner and chef extraordinaire Estefano Salgado, and 2025 US Team Pilot Nick Greece for a once in lifetime coaching opportunity before and during the Monarca Open.

Coaching will begin online with Julian working with each competitor online before the event so that goals, strategies, and progress can be accelerated once we are on site.

We will have four days of of practice flying and coaching before the event and then full brief and debrief every day of the comp.

Valle De Bravo has become a culinary hotbed over the past ten years. We will explore local farm-to-table menus including visiting Estefano’s restaurant, Los Veleros , which will host our crew for at least one meal. From “Taco Alley” to five-star dining options we will explore known and off-the-beaten-path dining options.
